When using a toll free number there is no charge from your local provider for accessing our network, however your per minute rates will be higher compared to using non-toll free access.
Please note that some pay phones may require a coin and calling from mobile phones or hotels in some countries may be restricted.
Important Note: Toll free originations with "VCC Alt Access" name extension are provided as an "alternate" toll free number in case of any problems with our regular VCC Access numbers. These alternate toll free numbers usually have higher per minute rates and may not be accessible from mobile or payphones.
Calls using our US toll free access number from USA pay phones are subject to a fixed $0.60 FCC imposed access fee per call.
